Easton
Yoga (524 Northampton St., Easton, PA)
$5 Community Classes - Saturdays 11:30am-12:45pm, and Sundays 5:30pm-6:45pm.
This $5 class is great for beginner yoga students as well as an opportunity
for more experienced students to deepen their practice. Blossoming
teachers who have just completed, or are in the process of completing,
a Yoga Alliance certified yoga school program, teach this class. PLUS,
it benefits the Shanthi Project (www.shanthiproject.org)
which promotes Yoga practice to at-risk and incarcerated youth. Aside
from the personal benefits of yoga, this class will put some of our
more ‘petty’ concerns into a more proper perspective. |
