By WINK Staff
Looking for a good time? Don’t call. Text. We don’t want that brain cancer any more than the next guy. Or, simply consider a little mind/body/soul retreat at one of these local YOGA joints!
Easton Yoga (524 Northampton St., Easton, PA)
$5 Community Classes - Saturdays 11:30am-12:45pm, and Sundays 5:30pm-6:45pm.

This $5 class is great for beginner yoga students as well as an opportunity for more experienced students to deepen their practice. Blossoming teachers who have just completed, or are in the process of completing, a Yoga Alliance certified yoga school program, teach this class. PLUS, it benefits the Shanthi Project (www.shanthiproject.org) which promotes Yoga practice to at-risk and incarcerated youth. Aside from the personal benefits of yoga, this class will put some of our more ‘petty’ concerns into a more proper perspective.
The Yoga Loft (521 E 4th St., 3rd Floor, S. Bethlehem, PA)
Relax & Renew Restorative Yoga – Last Sunday every month 4pm – 6pm, all skill levels, $20.

Elevation Yoga (3400 Bath Pike, Park Plaza, Bethlehem, PA)
Mindful Yoga - Wednesdays, at 5:30pm or 7:00pm, $15.

In this class breathing exercises and yoga poses are done in a gentle and mindful way. We will draw the attention to the breath and the sensations in the body and in this way align the body, the breath, and our mind, allowing yoga to be a moving mediation. At the end of each class we will spend some time either sitting or lying in meditation. This class is appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced.
